When sharing passwords with the TrackOne team, it is important to do this through a secure method. TrackOne uses 'SecureShare' to do this securely.
- Go to: https://secureshare.trackonestudio.com/
- Enter the details (and/or files) required by the TrackOne team.
- Select the maximum views and expiration period appropriate. Please allow enough time for the TrackOne team to access the details.
- Select Copy Link and send this link to the TrackOne team member you are communicating with, or in a reply to the relevant Freshdesk ticket.
