This document provides a summary of some of the work the TrackOne Studio development team have worked on recently. We have tried to include only those that are of interest to the majority of schools. Minor changes, or those affecting only a single school, have not been included.
New developments and improvements:
- Class Placemat: Users who have a certain permission ('Placemat - View all subjects') can now access a read-only view of all classes of a subject. This is a time-saver for leaders who monitor teacher class placemat input.
- Incident listings: Added a new option so that you can display the reporting teacher in various Incident screens by name or by code, or hide reporting teacher completely.
(Admin > Configuration > Application > Activate Features and Display Options > 'Student Incidents' section)
- Subject list ordering: there are many screens where a list of student subjects display, but all had different ordering specifications, eg 'Current Enrolment' 'Transcript', 'Subject Summary', 'Continuous', 'Subject Leaders'.
Subject lists now display alphabetically.
- Pastoral Care class codes: There was a character limit here which meant a school could not enter all of their pastoral care codes. This limit has been vastly increased to avoid this issue in future.
(Admin > Configuration > School > School Pastoral Care Classes - Pastoral Care subject codes - Sadly, we had a bunch of spelling errors across the Suite which we have corrected.
- Site improvements: some school sites were running a little slow which have been addressed.
- Edumate schools: Continuous result calculation improvements.
