Award-Helper Reports

These are standard reports from within the TrackOne Studio suite that may help you determine award winners. They are general in nature – for customised awards please ask for a demonstration of our Awards Module.

Award-Helper reports cover two main areas:

• Cohort overall
• Subject-level

Cohort Leaders

• Cohort Results > Cohort Leaders
• Useful for: Awards based on highest Academic GPA (Dux, Top 10, Minimum GPA achievement)
• Select your cohort
• Add relevant result periods – including weighting
• Calculate
• Features:
  • First and Second
  • Excel export option
  • Averages results for multiple result periods

Cohort Summary

• Cohort Results > Cohort Summary
• Useful for: Awards based on a minimum number of A’s; Awards based on effort; excluding students with less than satisfactory effort from various awards
• Select the year-level
• Select the result period
• Load Results
• Features:
  • Report can be sorted ascending or descending by any column
  • Returns all students
  • Excel export option
  • Adaptable: view Academic GPA or Effort/Behaviour GPA
  • Obtain a count of each grade value
  • Drill-down to subject names

Cohort Summary – GPA Movement

• Cohort Results > Cohort Analysis > GPA Movement
• Useful for: Improvement / Most Improved Awards
• Select the year-level
• Select the starting and ending result periods
• Select the minimum gain
• Load Results
• Features:
  • Returns all students
  • Excel export option
  • Shows starting and ending GPA to enable exclusion of students with less than a passing grade in either result period

Subject Leaders

• Subject Results > Subject Leaders
• Useful for: Subject Dux Awards
• Select your cohort
• Add relevant result periods
• Calculate
• Features:
  • First and Second
  • Excel export option
  • Averages results for multiple result periods
